Choury Seng has been a dedicated Customs officer with the General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia (GDCE) since 2016. Currently serving in the Department of Export Management, she specialises in scrutinising export documentation, facilitating trade, and ensuring compliance with national laws. In 2021, Choury joined the GDCE Strategic Trade Control Enforcement Team, where she focuses on regulating dual-use items and strategic goods to prevent misuse.
